Drawing of Lots

Three methods seems to have been used:-
Holding say 13 pieces of straw in a fist that have been cut at an angle together so that one is smaller than the others by a bit.
Mixing them up then offering them in a fist.
Then putting them back together in order as they were when they were cut.
The ones with they shorter straw have the greater election than the longer and the one with the shortest straw is the highest elected.
The Election by the mystery's of the causes and effects of the offering and the selecting and usually hoped to be so random that no ordinary Human can be said to have thoughtfully elected the elected.
Another example is pebbles of such similarity put in to a jar of water but each has a mark of its owner that can not be identified by being felt.
Another example is a judge who judges which of two stones is heavier by stringing them together over his neck like big beads on a necklace and feeling the difference.
This person can develop his sensitivity to know Gods informing's both for his own personal self and for others wishing God to make an informing intervention into matters.
The abuse of asking for informing's of God is in the intention of its usage as compared to what the Good God of Jesus and Abraham would consider it Good to do.
It is also an abuse to take short cuts in Good research and learning on the matter in particular and generally of such matters, as otherwise God would not have asked us to do any work at all.
The most common abuse of the inquiry of God like beings is to regularly Gamble and think if God wants me to win money instead of earn it then let it be.
God can do this any way.
So this is tempting the God of Mammon and money to pierce your life with more concerns.
The request could be about what could be given and to whom to the glory of the Good God Creator of Lives for living and of the Good news about Jesus the King of the Good Jews and all Good Christians.
The rest will be paid for by borrowing from His Love and fortitude in life's incidental provisions.
These are so many when things are increasingly measured and accounted for.
